The reproduction and/or publication, in whole or in part, of the website, its computer processing, distribution, dissemination, modification, transformation, or other legally recognized rights of the owner are not allowed without prior written permission.

The user can only use the material on this website for their personal and private use, and its use for commercial purposes or engaging in illegal activities is prohibited. All intellectual property rights are expressly reserved by the Owner.

4. Cookie policy

A.- The Owner undertakes through this means NOT TO ENGAGE IN MISLEADING ADVERTISING. For these purposes, formal or numerical errors that may be found throughout the content of the different sections of the Owner’s website, produced as a consequence of incomplete or defective maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in these sections, will not be considered misleading advertising. The Owner, as a consequence of the provisions of this section, undertakes to correct it as soon as they become aware of such errors.
B.- The Owner undertakes NOT TO SEND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS WITHOUT IDENTIFYING THEM AS SUCH, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. For these purposes, all information sent TO THE CLIENTS of the Owner will not be considered as commercial communication, provided that its purpose is to maintain the existing contractual relationship between the client and the company, as well as the performance of information, training, and other activities of the service that the client has contracted with the company.

C.- The Owner is not responsible for the non-compliance with any applicable rule that the user may incur in their access to the company’s website and/or in the use of the information contained therein.

D.- The Owner will not be responsible for any damages that may arise, regardless of their nature, derived from the use of the information, content on this website, and the programs it incorporates. The links (Links) and hypertext that allow, through the company’s website, the user to access services and services offered by third parties, do not belong to and are not under the control of the Owner; that entity is not responsible for the information contained in them or for any effects that may arise from such information.

The Owner and the user, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction or applicable legislation that may correspond to them, submit to the common Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Zaragoza (Spain).
